2.1. Booking

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellations made 180 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.

3.2. Cancellation by the Company

• We reserve the right to cancel your booking under exceptional circumstances and will provide a full refund or alternative accommodation if available.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the arrival date.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 on the departure date.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Use of the Property

• The property is to be used solely for holiday purposes and must be kept clean and tidy.
• The Client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay.
• No parties or events are allowed without prior written consent from the Company.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

6. Liability

• We do not accept any liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• The use of the property and any facilities is at the Client’s own risk.
